idex homeing error, toolheads can colide?

I have a weird problem when my ratrig vcore 4.1 500 idex homes: it moves the gantry in y- direction and then after triggering the endstop both toolheads move inside instead of the gantry moving in y+ direction to y250. They almost colide when in parking position. Then the toolheads home the x and z is homed correctly. The gantry is in y0 but thinks it is at the y250? I am commisioning my printer at the moment and homeing did work before. I was tensioning the belts an expected and mayby the IDEX copy command has to do with it? I tried to reset the printer via a new configuration, but that did not help.

Solution

Thanks to everybody helping in #vcore-idex! Found the issue. I had the belt slung around the spacer behind that right back pulley, which I could not see very well from that perspective...
