printheads shift / idex printing

finally got all the trillion of minor issues sorted and went for my first larger multi material print. t0 going with tpu for the outer shell and t1 injecting an inner structure with cpe. first few hours went great and i left. at some point the toolheads shifted. t0 to the right, t1 to the left. as you can see in the pictres t1 did not reach it´s park position after cancelling the print. it stayed left of the park position which seems to be the amount of the shift. since the shift happened at once and affecting both toolheads i guess it is more of a software issue than a hardware issue. or is there hardware bugs that could trip the software into making this split?
