Issues printing with T1 in V4 500 IDEX

Hello guys! Ive been experiencing serious issues with my 2nd toolhead. it stops printing and i cannot, manually. push or pull the filament. i end up having to drill the filament out of the hotend. because of this i thought that maybe something was wrong with it so i ordered the new rapido plus 2F. the issue remains but not as severe. the symptoms are the same, but if i heat it and push the filament hard im able to unclog it. the previous that was just impossible, or pull it. i added some photos trying to troubleshoot the old hotend and the last photo is the new one working. eventually, it stops completely to print. i have reflashed the firmware on all boards and switched the extruder from t0 to t1. both hotends have thermal grease applied and using the correct heatsock. T0 is printing fine with these filaments.

no ideas, just really really weird oh! Have you swapped the thermistor? It might be reading low, or just installed poorly and isn't reading right. Aka, hotend not hot enough

I swapped the entire hotend, including thermistor and hot plate Ratrig told me it might be ptfe tube between the hotend and extruder. Mine was indeed shorter than it should. I replaced by the correct size and its the same When this happens and i try to push it manually, its very hard. I tried lowering the temp and rising the temps. Doesn't matter So, i was pushing filament manually through both toolheads, and i noticed that t0 i can push and pull and its fine but on t1 when i retract a bit it feels like it cooldown very fast and clogs the hotend. I tested with an external thermistor and i see a 20°C difference. The nozzles are not the same so im not sure, 20 seems a lot. I expected like 5 or 10 at max. But even compensating for the gap, it makes no difference

there was a batch of rapido 2s that had thermistor problems. I'd try cranking the heat up by 20-30 degrees and see what happens

I did. Same thing Getting rly tired of this Honestly, i tried to melt the filament manually, and staring 110 (printer reading) it melts so...

So so bizarre 😕 Have you swapped gotends between the two print heads? Could confirm the issue is with the hotend and not any of the supporting hardware

No. I only swapped the hotend of T1 for a new one And the orbiters between toolheads Do u know a way to check if its from that batch? Swapping hotends is not as hards as swapping the ebbs as a friend suggested. Ill do that. Unfortunately i can only do it monday since i have a small trip planed for the next days Worst case scenario, i get both toolheads f*
