So I have this strange imperfections on some of my prints, which are differently bad with different Filaments. I recently started printing gridfinity bins and it shows quite obvious there.
Picture 1 shows the start of the loop (lets call it corner 1), the filament seems to „lag behind“ and leave a gap. The inner walls start at corner 2 (picture 5) and have kinda the same look, just not that severe even though the inner wall speeds are higher.
Picture 2 is corner 4, I am suspecting that the extruder does not have enough thermal mass or power to keep up with the printing speed (corner 2 and 3 look great, see picture 3). I already lowered the volumetric flow to 23mm3/s which should be ok with a Rapido and 0,6 plated copper nozzle.
Picture 4 shows the last side of the outer loops, again I suspect thermal problems since it gets worse along the extrusion line.
Any tips? I will try to up the temperature a bit in a next print, currently at the max 215° for this PLA but probably 225° will be better suited for these speeds.
