Agent exec shell hangs on all home directory file access. Setup: macOS, LaunchAgent, mode=off, runtime=direct, elevated=full/auto-approve. FDA granted to node binary (/opt/homebrew/Cellar/node@22/22.22.0_1/bin/node), Terminal.app, and /bin/zsh. workspaceAccess=rw. Still hangs. sandbox explain --json available.
