I did this to document my journey of trying to get a good belt calibration. IDEX printers are especially sensitive to proper pelt tensioning I am told. The og commissioning guide is pretty vague unfortunatlely. I did the belt tensioning as described in the manual. The belt tensioning graphs are suppossedly not very usefull with hybrid and idex printers due to more belts they are not giving any good results.
The starting point is the initial input shaper results.
Giving me:
t0y: strong resonances at 35 Hz, 50 Hz and 130 Hz. Some rather less peaky resonant behavior from 50 to 90 Hz, assume is bleeding throug from the othe toolhead. t0x: clean graph with resonances at 45 Hz and 52.5 Hz.
t1y: strong resonances at 35 Hz, 52.5 Hz and 130 Hz. Some rather less peaky resonant behavior from 50 to 90 Hz with peaks at 72.5 and 87.5 Hz. t1x: clean graph with resonances at 44 Hz and 51 Hz.
