I got over my Free Plan, entered Grace Period, that ended, but the billing cycle has not reset yet

As stated in the title really, I am worried that they can still count extra connections meanwhile I am over my plan maximums of egress. The grace period ended and I am now consuming minimally after making some changes, but the billing cycle hasnt reset since i first entered the grace period, so it still shows as over. Can I still use my database or is it going to start getting restricted until the billing cycle resets in which case the grace period serves as useless really. Thanks in advance for your reply.
