Made a ticket to recover my hacked account

So my account was recently hacked, (I'm stupid, i know) and I made a ticket but the hacker locked me out of my account and now I don't know about my ticket's status anymore. Idk if he can delete the ticket now or something, but I did connect the ticket to my actual gmail, so if the ticket gets approved or denied or cancelled, will it send me an email? And how long might it take?
