GTA V (legacy and Enhanced) Rockstar Launcher can't connect/authenticate

On Heroic flatpak and packaged Rockstar Launcher can't connect.
Already worked through possible listed fixes.
USE_FAKE_EPIC_EXE=true doesn't work
also tried changing network manager/connmand
repaired and fixed game files

Distro: Artix (Dinit)

Heroic: 2.20.1
