Cant Connect to DB - Quota exceeded??

Im loving using DB to learn and connecting to my personal low use app.
Although, the system saying i cant access my DB and tables because of quota exceeded.
The dashboard shows i'm not full quota usage yet.
There any problem with the DB? Neon?
Can you help me and unlock my data?
