Can't get far 4 to work

Hello, I'm really new to Linux so I'm sorry for any errors I make. I can't seem to get fsr4 to work in games (cyberpunk). I have installed proton GE, enabled it in steam and set the command to enable it but it still doesn't show in cyberpunk. Any help would be massively appreciated
I have got it to work before but I kept distro hopping and now it doesn't (I had it work on bazzite too). I'm using a Rx 9070xt
