I think I broke my Bluetooth

Hello. I'm very new to Linux. I have been getting audio cracking and popping in my Momentum III bluetooth headset with YouTube video's. Changing the codec settings, turning Bluetooth On/Off, and re-pairing the connection does not fix it.
After looking for awhile, I decided to try to remove and reloading the btusb module by running command: "rmmod btusb && modprobe btusb" in the Terminal. I got a "modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'btusb': Operation not permitted" message. Now my Bluetooth System setting says No Bluetooth adapters found.
How do I fix this? This is so confusing.
