Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned — stale zone reference after deletion

I'm getting Error 1014 on fundraise-cdn.fundchamps.com which CNAMEs to teamfundraising.org.
Setup:
- teamfundraising.org zone has Cloudflare for SaaS (Custom Hostnames) configured
- Custom Hostname fundraise-cdn.fundchamps.com — Certificate: Active, Hostname: Active
- Fallback origin: fallback.teamfundraising.org — Active
- Origin server: fundchamps-cdn.teamfundraising.org (R2 custom domain, working directly)
- DNS at Porkbun: fundraise-cdn.fundchamps.com CNAME → teamfundraising.org
The issue:
fundchamps.com was previously a zone in a different Cloudflare account. I deleted that zone sometime ago, but the 1014 error persists.
The Custom Hostname on teamfundraising.org is never consulted because Cloudflare's edge still seems to hold a reference to the old
fundchamps.com zone.
Working comparison: https://fundchamps-cdn.teamfundraising.org/app-store.png returns 200 (same R2 bucket, same account).
Could you please purge any stale zone references for fundchamps.com so the Custom Hostname routing on teamfundraising.org can take effect?
