False Ban or Compromised Account? Need Advice

Hey,
I got permanently banned in VALORANT and support keeps auto-closing my tickets saying the decision is final.
The thing is, I’m 100% sure I never used cheats or any third-party tools. The ban even happened in the middle of a normal match where I was playing with a friend and not even performing well.
What also confuses me is that there is no HWID ban — I can still play on the same PC using another account without any issues.
Because of that, I’m starting to think my account might have been compromised rather than this being an actual cheating case.
Has anyone here experienced something similar or managed to get Riot to actually investigate this properly?
