Docker page under Managment > Tools > Docker fails to load (Bug?)

I'm getting an error when trying to load the Docker page under Managment > Tools > Docker.
When I try, the page fails to load with a "Failed to fetch Docker containers" and a check the logs message.
After some digging I think I identified the cause. The crash is a null pointer error in the ports column renderer when a container returns
The error appears both in the browser console and server-side in the container logs at the exact moment the Management page is opened:

The Docker socket itself seems to be fine.
I'm running v1.56.1 on a Mac Mini M1 via Docker Desktop. I've had it running since the redesign and it hasn't failed until now. I'm not sure when this issue happened since I hadn't needed to go there, but I wanted to add a new docker app and can't.
Is this a bug or is there something I can do?
