Short Circuit on IDEX Extruder

I have a freshly built vcore 4.1 500 idex and I just tried to extrude the material through the nozzle and I got this error

TMC 'extruder1' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 701f2000 s2vsb=1(ShortToSupply_B!) cs_actual=31 s2gb=1(ShortToGND_B!) ola=1(OpenLoad_A!) olb=1(OpenLoad_B!) Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the config, and restart the host software. Printer is shutdown

Has anyone come across this specific short error? It's obviously shorted but I haven't been able to find out where yet.
