This gains an unfair advantage over other players and is not supported by the game developers.
However, if you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking the File Claim button located in the bottom-right corner of the account suspension dialog box. A customer agent will reply as soon as possible. The response time may vary between some hours up to a few days, depending on the number of support requests. You are therefore kindly asked to wait patiently.
Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions in this server, as we (moderators, administrators and community staff) are unable to assist with this in any way (we also do not have power to lift account suspensions), hence why we have a customer service. My friend’s PUBG ID got HACKED by a INDONESIAN guy. He is asking for $100 to get the account back. Please do something. He did not use any SCAM SITES and had 2 SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS linked.
Create your GAME more SECURE please. I feel so bad for him. He was a conqueror player, level 71 , had DUO WINS title and was playing since season 1. Above 1.5 years of work.
And everyone know the IN-GAME support system is TRASH, so I am contacting here hoping you guys would do something
Customer support is the only way to get through with this though... either through pubgm or the social media’s customer support. But the staff here can’t directly handle your case
