so this is not memory exhaustion?
I wouldn't rule it out with 100% certainty but a 1102 is specifically when the runtime kills your script for resource limits
1101 is an exception in the Worker
should I raise a support ticket or can someone from discord help us with crash logs?

Worker (on bundled plan) getting frequent 1101 errors - "Canceled" ...
We keep seeing Error 1101’s intermittently on requests to our API, and they’re not that long-running. We use the bundled workers model. Timeouts don’t exist on our origin/server-side. When looking at logs for workers, we see an instance like this - what does it mean?
but no resolution in comments
i really want us to use cloudflare pages if we can for our production websites, but it is extremely hard right now - we have spent almost two weeks migrating our next.js + aws build to cloudflare + remix but we're now in dark as to how to make it work reliably on production
