Help Needed: Accessing Vue.js Deployment on Local Network
Ahh thank you, learning that solved my problem. After adding the port in advanced settings I am now able to access it over LAN as I desired. It was a skill issue

Also I have tried adding 5173 in the ports in the advanced settings tab but that doesnt seem to change add any ports when i run 
docker ps
docker ps
to see all the docker containers running.
