After upgrade to v1.82.0 immich is broken (Admin->Repair hangs the server for good)
Server comes up but after 30 sec or so becomes unresponsive. Log statements don't show much details.

thumbnails are missing after “Generate Thumbnails” “All” job finished
Thumbnails were regenerated overnight but not all. “Missing” button has no effect.
On web ui, “regenerate thinmbnail” on each missing thumbnail, fixes that single one broken, but there are a lot of them, so it’s not practical. iPhone ui doesn’t even have that option. Please help

Microservices crash on reverse geocoding
Upgraded to the latest version. Migrated storage successfully. Started generating all thumbnails. Jobs are currently stuck - GENERATE THUMBNAILS 7/25,280; TAG OBJECTS 3/37,498; ENCODE CLIP 2/17,957.
Looking at "htop" no immich processes seem to do anything, CPU usage is close to idle.
How do I resume the process?
