Failed to fetch ()

Currently running on Unraid Every so often I seem to be running into the following error. Restarting the container fixes it temporarily.

I've also included a snippet from the logs. It seems to be attempting to access a file, however it does not have the permissions to do so. This process repeats indefinitely, putting stress on my machine. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
