I just saw someone spawn fifty Timmy's in just yesterday. I had no idea they would actually kill something. wow

Files changed in dedicated server revert to default
You need to be the host to spawn him in multi player game using cheatstick.

Cave location problem
Cave locations are supposed to show up on your map. It's the bunkers that don't show until you discover them by activating laptops.
