15-vectorchord0.3.0-pgvector0.8.0 not working
Tried to update to v11.133.0 today but always got the error 
[Microservices:DatabaseService] Could not run vector reindexing checks. If the extension was updated, please restart the Postgres instance. If you are upgrading directly from a version below 1.107.2, please upgrade to 1.107.2 first.

using

After going back to 
tensorchord/pgvecto-rs:pg15-v0.3.0
tensorchord/pgvecto-rs:pg15-v0.3.0
everything runs fine again - as stated in the FAQ it would for now. Could there be an issue with the new image?
