Immich not generating thumbnails for external library JPG images
Im also getting a lot of image thumbnail generation issue too, just images uploaded from phone

Not all photos are backed up from S22 Ultra
Just want to update my findings:
The app shows the icon of "not uploaded", the image is not on webUI. But when I drilled down to the folders on the server, the actual .dng files were uploaded.

Thanks for rasing this issue, I have just noticed some (not a lot) of my .dng files are also having the same issue. Happening on Pixel 6 and 6 Pro.

i agree, i put my wife's phone on fdroid so she doesnt have to download from GitHub manually

i could report this is happening on the fdroid build, two different mobile phone, same issue. installing the apk from github for now...
