Photos all in the File location however I cannot view it in Immich

macOS docker desktop, all volumes and everything disappeared except for the Immich files.
I tried starting it anyways with docker compose up -d however it just stalled, no response?

video keeps trying to REU-load itself multiple times stopping the rest from uploading.
