Uploaded 380gb of photo's and videos but looks like those assets got duplicated to the trashcan?

Uploaded 380gb of photo's and videos but looks like those assets got duplicated to the trashcan?
Ive tried clicking empty trash but that doesnt delete anything in the trash, i can only remove items by manually selecting items and clicking permanently remove
