immich_machine_learning docker always restarting
I can't. It says it's used. 
docker volume rm --force immich-app_model-cache
Error response from daemon: remove immich-app_model-cache: volume is in use - [ba0f62b779a8b65de8368805f16dab9b61d297babaaf020e87b8f8085886ca9a]
docker ps
CONTAINER ID   IMAGE     COMMAND   CREATED   STATUS    PORTS     NAMES
