excluding files from external library
I did an update and restarted the containers, somehow I think it jumpstarted the library update. Its starting to fix the descrepencies now

Its also not finding my new photos that I added to the external library now too

Ok so once I remove those I should be able to rescan and it will fix it?

Thats exactly what I have except with double quotes around it. I have tried re running the library scan. Any ideas?
