Funny enough all the devices lost their static ips which borked everything

Turns out the main router got a firmware update from the ISP which removed all the modified settings including all the static ip leases

Running docker compose down with the -v flag would nuke all the previous uploads to this path wouldn’t it

Looking at
/media/immich-media which is where things are mounted on the host doesn’t exist tho which is what I assumed was supposed to happen12 replies

One other note is that this seems to have only become an issue after moving from one host to another. I followed the db restore steps from the docs and made sure all the mounted paths stayed the same. Also, it seems like anything that's uploaded now (directly to the new host) and that wasn't transferred over shows up fine. This also seems to be an issue for displaying media from other external libraries

Hm web also seems to be having a hard time loading the non blurry thumbnail for the same images

Hm so now instead of that error everything is totally fine right up until I try uploading things then the app looses its ability to get or show thumbnails for anything

ERROR [TypeOrmModule] Unable to connect to the database.
Essentially the mail server install I had going borked with the network configs when installing which removed all of the containers' abilities to have any connection to the internet or the lan which I guess messed up Immich's ability to contact the db and other needed services
