Whitelist IP for AWS RDS Connection

No. I need the IP Address of the RunPod instance to add to the list of whitelisted addresses in the security group for the AWS RDS instance. For example I add my local IP to the security group so I can access the RDS instance from my personal computer.

The problem was just that I wasn't retagging the local container. It's working now.

Actually I think the problem was that my changes weren't pushed to Docker Hub correctly.
