black screen on launch
I am having an issue where the game window will launch but I will just get a black screen and (sometimes but normally not) menu music. I have tried the standard troubleshooting (verifying files, uninstall reinstall, many, many, computer and steam resets. Tried running steam as admin and boosting its priority. Posting from my phone as im too tired to get the logs up atm. Added a quick pick of the black window.
Where do i delete this?
I'm trying to use the supreme calamitas sprite revamp mod, but its calling for something that was deleted in calamity mod. This mod is working fine otherwise, i just need to delete the references that are indicated here (i think), how can i do this/where do i go?
problem installing tmodloader
I'm from Ukraine so I'll use a translator
I've been trying to install tmodloader for 4 days now and it gives me errors at 95% of the installation in steam such as: "files are damaged", "server with data is damaged", "content is unavailable" (screenshots are in Russian, unfortunately)
I tried clearing the steam cache, checking tmod files, selectively deleting the entire tmod, unsubscribed from all mods, changed the download region, but this does not help(
I wrote to Steam support and they told me that this is not a problem with Steam.
That's why I ask you for help, maybe I need to do something or is this a problem with something else?...
Disappearance of biomes and other things from the world after downloading my world with friend
Why, when I play with my friend on some mods (Calamity Mod included), it works fine, but when I download our map and try to play in singleplayer, I'm missing Magic Storage, Abyss, and one other I don't remember the name of? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I reinstalled everything and tried many times to update our world file, but nothing works. (This world also takes a little longer to load than my other worlds.) The first time it worked, but now for some days it hasn’t.
Failed to create the file
This error message randomly pops up mid game session and every time I exit a world. I've done all the suggestions it is NOT a OneDrive issue I have deleted OneDrive If someone could join a vc with me and show me what's wrong while I share my screen that would be sweet
Startup issue when trying to play Tmodloader.
Everytime I decide to play tmodloader on my two horizontal monitors I have an issue where it doesn't decide to let me play the game. I've tried in the terraria discord to plead for advice on what to do with no avail. I've deleted my mods, unsubscribed them from the workship and that didn't work. I tried to reinstall or verify the files to no avail.
It does everything that tmodloader usually does, but I don't know if it's supposed to start up both terraria and tmodloader at the same time. Though after 5 seconds of it happening, terraria closes and tmodloader follows after. I need help 🙏...
