twitch chat alert for subscriber doesn’t work

Subscriber specific alerts aren’t triggering when deployed by subscribers. But when me, the broadcaster (tier 3 sub) does it, it triggers. Maybe the term Subscribers in the chat pattern refers to tier 3 subs only, or is it a bug?

I purchased the Admiral Overlay for my xbox and its not working correctly

I activated the overlay and linked my twitch account. The only thing on the overlay that pops up is the is the follower and subscriber widget etc. I type in the commands in my chat for the Webcams and Chat widget and dont get anything either. Can someone point me in the right direction, im doing all of this off of my iPad

alert sounds doesn’t work

So all my alerts like: new follower, donates, subs and everything is set up. I used your default overlay and I wanted to underline the alerts with a sound. I used the pre-installed "applause" Sound that you offer. I use it on every alert. But you never hear it when someone follows or subs etc. Am I doing something wrong?...

Viewers can't use overlay commands while in OBS

I use my overlay in OBS using the url. When viewers use some configured command doesn't work but if I use as a streamer it works (permissions are for all). If i use the same url in a browser works like a charm for everyone but they cant see.

Doesnt work

Hey so I just set up everything and activatet the overlay but when I start a stream on my ps4 I dont see the overlay and i watched the stream on my laptop where I also cant see the overlay what can I do?

Why can't I hear sounds or alerts?

In accordance with Twitch Policy, the Overlay Expert Twitch Extensions starts muted. To be able to hear sounds and alerts, the viewer must always unmute the overlay by tapping the Overlay Expert icon on the left and then tapping the volume icon....

sounds in alerts do not work

When ever someone is following or subscribing on my channel, the alert pops up without the sound effects. I use the applause that is already pre installed in your extension.

cant find purchased overlay
