Viewers can't use overlay commands while in OBS
I use my overlay in OBS using the url. When viewers use some configured command doesn't work but if I use as a streamer it works (permissions are for all). If i use the same url in a browser works like a charm for everyone but they cant see.

Is it possible to add text to speech for some commands/subs/cheers?
I don't found this option but im new and i don't now if is possible like in other streaming web tools.
