When players log off the server, their body lays on the ground where the logged off. It has timer for the body being there.

Currently I'm using bloom.host to run my modded minecraft server that has a Ryzen 9 3950x and 8gb of ram, so my question is would my old IBM x3650 M1 with a pair of Xeon x5450s and 48gb of ram be good enough for a modded server or would just staying with bloom make more sense?

Hello. I am running a very small server for a Discord server. Would a Ryzen 9 5950X and 8GB of ram be able to handle 20-30 players at once with ~10 plugins?
every type of interactions are broken, outside creative
out of no where every type of interations on my server stop working, unless you are in creative, i have op and i didn't do anything

server host switching
exaroton to bisect host switch we have a few plugins in the server but the main issue is the new host loads the map into new chunks even with the old world file.
what could be the problem?the new host loads all the world into new chunks even when using the previous world file. plus it loads fine in singleplayer world...

Currently about to open my server. Can I just release my server on 1.21.3 and then update it to 1.21.4 when there are stable releases?
Commands Not Displaying Anymore?
Anyone know why server commands can suddenly stop showing up when typed in?
I tried updating everything and have gotten a bit "lost in the sauce" as to why my server is acting strange. I use CMI on Paper 1.20.4.
Basically, the command should allow me to auto-complete or should be white text. It shows as red text but the command still runs correctly....
Whitelisting IPs for Velocity/Bungeecord
I need to connect a velocity/bungeecord server externally and for security purposes I would also need to make it so that only the velocity/bungeecord server can connect to my own server.
How can you perform this on a server hosting platform such as centralhosting?...
TPS Issues
I have been having huge sustained TPS drops and lag spikes on my server and I have not been able to figure out the issues. I have a spark report, but I can't narrow down the exact issue likely cause I just don't know how to read it effectively. I was hoping I could get some help. I am also interested in learning about anything else I am doing wrong not related to the main issue(s) to optimize the performance of my server.

How do you find staff?
Been running a server for a while now and we have lovely community with people who assist and help when able, but i want someone who would be able to take on more and have it be a dedicated paid role. I just dont know where to start when looking for staff.
Im looking for someone who can keep the plugins up to date, moderate, and plan events. this can be the same person or multiple people....
Minecraft Server for two players, LAN or Dedicated Server?

My problem: I am playing a minecraft modpack (Integrated MC) with my girlfriend, but we dont live at the same house, and until now i was using Hamachi but we're getting connection problems with that connection, so i thought it will be better to create a server, and i tried Oracle Cloud Server, but they are without space, so i cant create, and i tried to open the door of my house internet, but it didn't work
My Question: Is better to me, trie to understand and fix this hamachi connection problem? should i try another alternative? do you guys know a better alternative for this only 2 player need server?...
Port Forwarding Issues
Hi, I'm trying to port forward using the server files from curseforge (modded server) and it is not working (for the most part). I am able to get it running locally (myself and my brother can join) but friends from other wifi connections cannot. I have already set up my internet port and firewall access to allow the port to be active (assuming I did these correctly). I tried using port checkers like canyouseeme but it says my port is closed which might be the problem. What do I do?
edited additional info: my brother was able to port forward before, so I should be able to as well, unless router updates screwed me over. I followed the steps he did and am still not able to get it to work...
Server wont start | In a constant start of restarting
I cant get logs because the server wont boot up so there wasnt a log created yet.

Having an issue with "insta-mining"
Hey everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with insta-mining on my server, and it seems like other players are facing the same problem. The strange part is that this doesn't happen on other servers, so it's definitely something specific to ours.
It feels like there's a cooldown on pickaxes, similar to the one you get when attacking with a sword. I can’t figure out what might be causing it....
Server Optimisation
As its been the holidays my SMP server has been getting more active with player counts around 20-30 but the server is starting to lag at even 22 players when it used to be able to do 30 players at 20 TPS back in September on the same hardware.
I've fiddled around with some optimisations such as reducing the per player mob cap but nothing seems to work.
Any advice would be apricated :))
