Banned due to modifying game settings

Idk how i got banned in pubg for over 10 years and i dont even know what i violated about the game, i took a rest and stopped playing the game for a while then suddenly when i tried to open it, it got banned. Any solution for this problem??

Grafics glitch

Having trouble switching from Super Smooth to Smooth, After selecting Smooth from Super Smooth, smooth graphics are not showing and when selecting Balanced graphics and then selecting Smooth it works fine.
