hi, how do i fix this issue, im in the tutorial trying to play and it stops and gives me this

tell me why im bronze and get put in silver/gold games sometimes even silver/gold/plat??? if this game wants to put me in these games then give me the rank how am i supposed to get rr when im fighting better players? riot devs the smartest humans alive and deserve awards for how well this match making and balancing works! i will never understand why im bronze and fighting any other rank than bronze... if theres an explanation then pls tell me but it really makes no sense how im supposed to get o...
