Packet loss

So i was playing on my wif network but suddenly started getting like 80-100% packet loss even despite that the voice comms were perfectly fine.I tried restarting the router/restarting the game but it didn't get fixed....

stolen ban

my computer got infected with a virus and I got a van ban from valorant. They closed my ticket without responding and they won't let me open a new ticket, can someone please help me what can I do for this. I love playing valorant and it's a nightmare not being able to play valorant again please help!
