does everyone have it on the same thing or what cus if i change mouse pointer speed and keep my dpi the same, my mouse speed changes

what is up with this? I was going into a competitive match then suddenly the match was cancelled during agent select. I got no message in chat but when I tried to go into another it said error and wouldn't let me enter queue. I closed and reopened the game and now I got this. Am I banned?

I just moved to the UK and changed my region on my account in the shards it says GBR but still in the AP servers it's the same as it was in my previous region. How do I fix this? I restarted my pc and game multiple times.
