Help with my settings

I’ve been playing for 3 or so years and I have climbed from iron 2 to silver 2 after brute forcing it. I recently (yesterday) turned off mouse acceleration, I don’t know if this is going to help me, so please help me know if this is good. if you have any other suggestions reply aswell!

yo so i've been wondering for awhile now whether to choose between 180 hz or 240hz but the thing is i could go for save for 240 hz but when the time comes ill go off really broke rn im on 100 hz monitor my current specs are: 32gb ram 12th gen intel(R) core(TM) i5-12400 paired with Rtx 4060 (yes im broke for gpu)...

so i had this issue before and it got resolved but it is here again that my ping is way higher now it was 28-33 sing and 35-37 on hk now its 48-55 on sing and 77-85 on hk i just wonder what the issue is and how can i resolve it again

Looking to improve my gunfights i’m currently silver 2 but have been moving up consistently. When swinging a gunfight is it best to strafe and wait until i have a headshot lined up to stop and shoot or do i stop and try to headshot then keep moving and repeat until i get the kill?

Issues with OBS Game Capture and Valorant

Whenever I try to use OBS' game capture on valorant, the game basically just dies, lagging like crazy and I basically can't do anything. Display capture works just fine however. Attached is a video displaying what exactly is happening. The first time you see the game window, it's on display capture and there are no issues. The second time you see the game window is using the game capture on OBS and you can see the game die. It goes back to normal once I disable the game capture on OBS. I can't login to my account anymore

I just changed the email on the account to another gmail that was already linked to another account on accident and now I can't login, the first screenshot is in portuguese because it's on the website but it says "Your username or password may be incorrect, or you may need to upgrade to a Riot Account if you haven't played in a few months. Check out the "Can't sign in?" for more information." Please help!!!!

yo anybody know how to fix my val issues?
