Good evening, I have just tried to log in to Valorant. However, I was instructed to restart the client or log out. I restarted the client and was logged out. Now I have logged in and had to enter a new Riot Id. Now all my purchases and friends are gone. The login details are still the same as before. How can this happen? I would like to have my entire game inventory refunded...
My game has been crashing over the past month. It's either because of VAN 1067 or VAN-1. Keeps alternating between the two. I have tried almost everything and the issue is still ongoing. Any idea what I should do?
i keep getting stuck at loading screen yesterday and it wont let me exit valorant so i had to restart pc, twice actually.. and now when i queue for a dm, the screen goes black and i still hear the lobby music so i had to restart valorant. is this happening to anyone else?
ive been trying to update valorant since this morning but it keeps staying at 0,1kb/s i have turned off the pc restarted valorant but still remains at 0,1kb/s what can i do?
Anybody else having problems loading up the game? It takes way longer than normal for me and when I finally get in and queue for a match it goes right back to the loading screen like I just booted up the game
Before the most recent update, I had good loading times ( loaded in the warmup round of death match) even though I play on a laptop with an hdd. Now Im loading in when someone has 14-16 kills already.

Hello, my account has been suspended due to third party software. I have been playing Valorant since the BETA version. I have heard that many people have been banned by mistake. Some have even been banned for using the Anti-Lag feature from the official AMD software. Could this be the case with me as I have an AMD graphics card? Does someone have similar or the same experience and how did you slove it?
