oregon high ping

whats going on with oregon servers, i always force queue into oregon and today it just has higher ping for some reason, all the other servers are not effected but only oregon has a high ping Edit: I restarted my pc and still is high ping on oregon...

I can't recover my account

hello, I also encountered a problem, my gmail account was hacked and at some point after a month of not playing I tried to log in and the password was changed after a week when I tried to I'm recovering the account, I found out that I can't play valuable because certain hacks were used, the support doesn't respond to my tickets anymore and I don't know what I could do because I have proof that the gmail account was hacked and proof that the Riot account is mine .
