why do i keep losing even after doing well?
I used to be dia in like episode 6 and i just started playing again and im like silver. I go mvp or at least go positive in basically all of my games but I still lose. I'd say my comms and teamwork are fine too. what am i supposed to do?

Good afternoon support! I want to ask you for help because my letter was ignored.
After the update, I played only two games in the ranking, and the next day I got permanently blocked. I honestly don't understand why, because I've never used software and those matches turned out to be mediocre. I'm a big fan of Valorant, and I regularly donate what's the point of using anything. I think this is a mistake and would like to ask for a review.
I'm very upset and don't know what to do, there were exclusive skins on the account that are dear to me....
anyone know why i cant login nor see the other login methods?
