Network Problem with flawless internet connection

A few days ago this weird network problems started, it appears every now and then like 1 to 2 times a match. I have wired internet and my ping is stable around 19 with no packet loss. All games and applications work perfectly this only happens in Valorant. When it happens in a match I can still see everything happening in the match without any delays and I can walk around freely like in spectator mode but I cant do any other inputs to the game such as switching weapons, shooting, pinging or taki...

Not loading into agent select

Need help, sometimes I'm unable to load into the agent select, this mostly happens on the map pearl, but often I noticed that it happens if someone queue dodges and right after loading back into the lobby instantly another match is found, does anyone know a fix for this? I will admit my laptop (yes a laptop) is not the best, but it does run val decently well and I never had this issue until recently

Ranked Gun Buddy Help

I hit ascendant 1 a couple of days ago and only played one more game afterwards, which was a loss. I didn't wanna play another won to not risk a de-rank that close before the episode ends. Am I gonna get an ascendant buddy or do I have to get a win in ascendant first?
