valorant freezing a few seconds in agent select

I got falsely banned VAN-152

I have a 120hz monitor and im looking to upgrade. My pc goes to around 450 fps consistently. Should I upgrade to a 240 or 360 hz monitor? For anyone that tried both is there a major difference especially in val?

gpu spiking to 100% and valorant windows 64 reads "not-responding"

hello, i've recently had this problem where my fps suddenly drops to 0-20fps and in my task manager the windows 64 val app reads "not-responding" even tho it's still running. My fps is capped below my monitor refresh rate (235) and all my drivers are updated. does anyone know what could be causing this?
