How to start and stop vanguard manually?

crosshair display issue

These are the same crosshairs but it smudges on darker backgrounds and was wondering if this was a valorant display issue or a tv issue because I’m displaying 4K and if it’s a tv issue does anyone know what settings I could check for to see if I can fix it

FALSE BAN

so yesterday i woke up to a perm ban on valorant for no reason at all. i've never used cheats or anything and i know a ton of you are just gonna say "love when cheaters cry" but go look at my tracker TRACKER: https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/cry%20of%20fear%23yurr/overview?platform=pc&playlist=competitive&season=16118998-4705-5813-86dd-0292a2439d90 and tell me that looks like a cheaters account. and why would i bother cheating the game is fun without it. and on main account?? pretty stupid. i've spent a lot of money on this account and just want to play. i've been hit with the hardware ban aswell as i tried playing on my other account and it did work for a few hours but just got banned again. i have no clue on what to do, i've made many tickets to riot saying that i've never cheated or used any type of third party software. only val tracker but thats what everyone uses. riot is saying that they made a final decision and everything but not explaining what i did or even what flagged it as i never ever cheated im confused what flagged the anticheat to think im cheating. im guessing that i wont be unbanned as the emails back aren't sounding promising. i sent a new ticket in asking on what flagged it and may of been a flaw in the anticheat. as i see this is a common thing to happen. people getting false bans. and for the people still thinking i cheated why would i go this far if i did cheat. you can see literally on my tracker that im not even that good at val i literally went from gold 1 this act to silver 2 like come on....

I need help regarding a skin i wanted to buy, can riot manually help me purchase?

trying to fix a bad(?) aiming habit, any tips?

I'm not sure if this is a bad habit, but when I slow down my clips, I always aim using 2 bullets, let me explain. When I shoot the first bullet, I just shoot in the general direction of the person, but I use the second bullet to microadjust. I'm here looking for tips to fix this if I need to. (silver 2 rn)
