Mouse freezes after starting valorant in start screen

So sometimes when I start valorant my mouse freezes in the start screen then I have to restart pc and that fix it right away sometimes and sometimes I take a few restarts any idea how it comes in only happens by valorant

I have been downloading at 0.1 for a couple hours now.

For some reason my download speed has been stuck at less than 0.1, I tested my wifi speed and download speeds and they are all above 300. This hasn't happened to me before so Im looking for help.

Cant enter the game

It says it has found a connection error and says to relaunch riot client. I have done this now multiple times and still nothing. Is there any fix to this other than to uninstall and reinstall game?
