Hey Riot team, I’m a content creator on YouTube and my Valorant account was banned a while ago. I’ve already submitted a support ticket but didnt helped. I’m just trying to understand what happened or appeal the decision if possible.
Valorant is a big part of the content I make, and this ban has really impacted me. I’m not trying to cause trouble — I just want to resolve this professionally and respectfully.

I am having problem with the game
I opened the game today and this problem appeared to me. I did not know what it came from or where, but I discovered that it was a hardware ban, but I do not know why or how this happened. I have not played the game for two weeks or more because my device was locked due to exams, but two weeks before I turned off the device, the game was working for me, and now I returned to play during the summer vacation. This appeared to me. I hope for a solution quickly.

I'm trying to link my phone number to my Valorant account, and I'm getting a message that the phone number is invalid. I don't have any other accounts, so it's impossible for it to be linked to any other account. Please help me, as I open tickets, and RIOT resolves them without answering.
Game is completely stuck and won't let me click anything
Hello, Writing this as I'm completely out of ideas at this point on what to try and tbh I've never even seen something like this before. Aside from the game taking forever to load when launching it (and I'm talking entire minutes despite the game being installed on an nvme ssd and having a 5900X cpu), the game just does not let me do anything.
