i cant get the secure boot to work

I cannot get the secure boot to be enabled. It says it is enabled but "Not Active." I have a B550 Aorus elite ax v2. idk if that helps. please help me i just wanna play valorant with my friends.

Frame drops

I average a good 150-200 per game. Map depending. Sometimes i get 300-400. but before every game i lag out and i’m always on 15 fps or sometimes 7. it doesn’t go away until round 6 or 9. and its like this all the time. i was wondering if Anyone could help me out or do some type of screen control in my computer to figure out this issue. i’ve tried everything

I cant download Valorant or League

I cant download or update league or valorant, it says "We couldn't install a required dependency. Please try again, restart your computer or reach out to our player support team." I have restarted my pc 3 times and keep having the issue and have also uninstalled and tried to reinstall valorant and I get to 25% and it says the we couldn't install a required dependency again, if you could help that would be very much appreciated.

uninstalling

when i try to uninstall valorant (i dont play it any more and i need space) it says that riot client is running and that i cant uninstall it yet even though it isnt open... is there any fix for this?

Valorant keep crashing and then I need to update?

The updates takes almost forever to reach 23% and then just wait for ten seconds, randomly hop over to 100%. It has now crashed to update three times in the seven minutes that I have played. What could be the problem?...

so i would love to play valorant but i can't my pc doesn't handle any other boots than legacy boots it just shows "no bootable device" and i can't have safe boot or idk the name of it and legacy boot at same time thats the issue i had few months ago now i can't even download the game...
