i have good internet but really bad packet loss and it only happens on Valorant not any other game

Whenever i log onto Valorant i always get really bad packet loss. Like 5000 per game sometimes even more. Whenever i play any other game like Fortnite or Roblox there is no packet loss what so ever. Please help

Won't let me locate my game file.

I made a new account recently, (10 minutes ago). Upon making it, I've now came across an issue. It tells me I need to reinstall valorant when I already have it installed on my PC. I've clicked the "already installed?" option and it wouldn't show my game file location. I'd hate to reinstall a 50GB game when I'm trying to play right at the moment.
