About to quit because of this

Whenever I load up valorant 5-10 mins into the game I start getting packet loss 10% rapidly spiking up to 100% which is absolutely unplayable. Ping still stays at single digits. I play on Tokyo servers. An interesting thing I found was that since I play in windowed Fullscreen (playing fullscreen doesn’t change anything) somehow by changing the aspect ratio (16:9) from either letter box to fill or from fill to letterbox rapidly makes the packet loss go straight down to zero for a few minutes, but then it comes back, this “fix” worked 70% of time, the 30% I was just stuck doing nthn the whole game. My wifi isn’t bad it’s fast and I can play other games just fine, I’m using gtx 2060 nvidia rog zephyrus laptop. ...

i want black bars for valorant what to do?

my monitor is native 4k and Id like for black bars to fill the space. when i use windowed i can see the background of my other apps and its really distracting. At the same time i cant use no scaling in nvidia control panel, because it will apply to all games which i dont want.

Valorant changes my HZ

for some reason, valorant keeps changing its resolution to 4K 60 hz, and when i change it back to 2k 165 hz, it somehow automatically sets it back

RR Gain/Loss doesn't make sense

So I'm currently silver 2 and my friend is gold 1. When I solo queued and match mvped in a gold lobby I got 20rr, but when he match mvped in an iron-bronze lobby he gets 23rr. When we play together, even though I place above him on the leaderboard; I still gain less rr and lose more. The obvious answer would be that my mmr is lower, however as I mentioned, I get put into gold lobbies while he gets put into bronze lobbies?
